John Chappalear is president and founder of Changing the Focus, a national consulting firm that arranges keynote speeches, retreats, seminars, and coaching for business executives. He also gives educational training through National Seminars Group, the premier training organization in the United States. Chappalear, who has written for Washington Business Journal, Cincinnati Business Courier, and the Greater Washington Society of Association Executives, lives in Ponte Verde Beach, Florida.
